Annual salary = hourly rate × hours per week × 52 weeks. At 40 hours that's simply your rate × 2,080. So $20/hr becomes $41,600, $30/hr becomes $62,400. Remember: salaried jobs often include benefits — health insurance worth $5–15K/year, retirement match, paid time off — so a salaried offer slightly below your hourly-equivalent can still be the better deal.
